I'd imagine that you'd get a MUCH better price from a wholesaler or distributer even if you're buying small amounts. Why pay retail? It cuts too deep into your profit margin.

Try looking in the phone book under wholesalers or distributors, or asking at a store who their vendor is for their soda. They can get you a name and phone number (talk to the manager) and you can give the guy a call.

It's not illegal, what you're asking, but you're not going to be making any profit by doing it. Even at Sams Club. You can get better prices elsewhere.

If you have a vending business why would you want to purchase your product from other retailers. Call the manufacturer directly, "Pepsico, Coke, etc...". You should be able to purchase the sodas at a lower price than in the stores. If you don't do that, then I would say go somewhere like Sams or Costco.
