is it illegal? anyone have any sources on the rules and regulations regarding buying sodas from retail and food chains for resell in vending machines? i want to know if it’s illegal. i know if you buy them from costco or sams club, it’s legal to resell. thank you!
mostly for convenience reasons. i always see my local walmart and target have soda sales that are even cheaper then what the manufactorer sells them for. it’s very complicated to get them directly from a manufactorer because you need a business office, and all we have is a storage which doesn’t qualify.
i appreciate both of your answers very very much… it is clear, however, which response is more defined. thanks you both, i’m very grateful for your time!

We own 10 vending machines. The machines contain chips, candy, soda, water, etc? Just starting out, good opportunity but want to make sure I am doing things the right way. Thanks

In vending machines bottled water cost 20-35 cents more than the soda. That seems so strange.

Vending machines most of the time are a means of selling junk food, fizzy drinks and cigarettes.

They get rid of the middle man – the shop keeper and just line the pockets of rich multi-national businesses that want our kids to be hooked on their products, so they buy them for the rest of their lives.

Would you be happy to forsake occasional convenience for not having these insidious machines infecting our kids lives?
